Tea Time

Children are always on my mind. I think of my own kids, of course, but these days, current news reports make my heart ache for the kids in such dire straits at our southern border, too.

Recently, as I was searching for spring clothing for my children, I was struck with the thought of how many kids are less fortunate. I realized how incredibly lucky my children are. Think about it — we go out and buy new, beautiful clothing for the change of season or a special occasion. There are so many children that won’t know what it is like to put on something new.

This year, I decided to hunt for globally-inspired brands that source their clothes ethically and give back to children’s charities. That said, did I mention affordable luxury and beautiful design are also a must? Clearly, style is still important. Of course, they have to pass the #LolaEtLuc (my kids) test for fashion.

Sure, I’m asking for a lot, but I found it — and just in time for Easter, tea parties, vacations, park play, and so much more. Here are a few of my favorites, that which will soon become yours, too.
